Playing mostly acoustic in the early part of his playing experiences in Port Townsend, Jarred is also one of the founding members with wife Emily, of the duo the Solvents.  Always a staple in the Port Townsend music scene, whether as a musician or as a fan, trying to sneak in to Legion Hall shows, Jarod’s new 3-piece band, the Gelding, did well in 03/04, having packed 150 people into sirens for a June 2003 show.
