There are no references to PT on their site, and none of them were from here (Probably cuz they REALLY weren’t all there), but they did spend some time haunting the streets of PT, and their first shows were in living rooms and the Boiler Room. One of those bands that have (as solo) played  the Boiler Room because they said they never wanted to put on a “big, impersonal show”, but then play Irving Plaza in NYC for a few thousand bucks. Kind of along the lines of the whole “emo” thing They never really came back and played a decent show in the area after they became a big band. Some of Kima Dawsons solo performances at the Boiler Room are the stuff of legend.
